Founder of QUANTUMENCRYPTION1, and Chief AI Officer at the University of ZERO / Zero Network. I work across applied mathematics, artificial intelligence, privacy, security, and resilient digital infrastructure.

Since 2022, I have led TalkToAI’s work on open intelligence, AI systems, ZeroThink, and experimental research tooling. My focus is turning ambitious technical ideas into clear, useful platforms while keeping evidence, consent, and responsible deployment at the centre.

I am the author of Zero Boundary Algebra and ZMath, with a research interest in how mathematical systems, AI, and emerging quantum technologies can be evaluated honestly for practical value.

I have completed independent, non-commercial quantum-hardware characterization research with a US quantum-computing organisation, comparing frozen circuit suites across ideal simulation and real hardware. The work focuses on reproducibility, raw-data retention, and understanding where simulated behaviour does—or does not—transfer to physical systems.

I also work as a contracted technology provider and subcontractor within the UK government and MOD supply chain, operating through Constellia as prime contractor.

With more than 15 years of experience in hosting, server administration, infrastructure, security, development, and technical publishing, I bring a hands-on approach to building dependable systems and investigating new technology without overstating what it can do.
